ABOUT ME
I am Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation (PCC ICF), Professional Executive Coach Certified by Henley Business School, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and am accredited to work with Hogan Leadership Assessments System. I have Postgraduate Cert. in Coaching for Behavioural Change from Henley Business School. Working both in English and Polish I partner with clients to maximise their potential. I offer strengths-based coaching for managers to increase their self-awareness of using their own strengths to build strengths-based, inclusive, high performing and engaged teams.
I have been working with FORTUNE 500 executives, leaders and senior managers for 20 years helping their career development and transition. I coach high potentials, professionals and managers for their career growth and fulfilment. I partnered to plan and execute their next step, increase self-awareness and align their career choices and development with their talents and strengths.
Additionally, I support managers as they establish themselves in their new role, engage with their teams or to overcome specific challenges, including performance, communication or conflict.
I completed an MSc degree in Management and Human Resources before working for a number of international executive search and leading professional services consultancies. I decided to start my own practice to pursue my passion for supporting others in their personal and professional development and for helping organisations to create engaged, inclusive, high performing workplaces. I want to provide a lean, bespoke and flexible service which builds on people diversity, strengths and potential.
I also work internationally with top global organisations and individuals to develop their talents, evaluating their experience, competencies and potential. I have worked across a number of different industries and sectors. I have excellent business understanding and a wide range of perspectives and best practice guidance. I have practical business experience combined with proven coaching methodologies and best leadership and strengths assessment tools.
A key feature of my approach across all services is that I use extensive research and insight on talent, leadership and performance and use a structured methodology to assess talents and strengths of individuals and teams.
